Please read these terms carefully before using our services. They outline your rights and obligations as a Yo Pips trader.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Yo Pips website and our evaluation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.
3. User Representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms, you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, and your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
4. Trading Rules and Evaluation
The Yo Pips Challenge is an evaluation program designed to identify trading talent. You must follow all specified trading rules, including drawdown limits and profit targets. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the immediate termination of your evaluation account.
5. Payouts and Fees
Fees paid for evaluation challenges are used to cover the costs of the evaluation process. Profit splits and payouts are subject to the terms of each specific funding program. We reserve the right to withhold payouts if any rule violations or fraudulent activities are detected.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, using automated trading strategies that exploit platform latency (arbitrage) or engaging in any form of market manipulation.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, arising from your use of the services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
